GLAZED BABY BACK RIBS - no tomato or BBQ sauce
  • 4 pounds pork ribs (approximately), frozen
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon roasted minced garlic
  • Garnish: toasted sesame seeds, optional
  1. Place frozen ribs (both slabs) in a large roasting pan.
  2. Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, onion powder, and garlic. Spread over the ribs.
  3. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F. After an hour, separate the slabs and baste. Baste every half hour, thereafter. Bake until tender.
Yesterday, I decided to make ribs without the grill. So, I tweeked a wing recipe. You can always change the spices and amounts to personal taste. Mmmmm!
