GLAZED BABY BACK RIBS - no tomato or BBQ sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 4 pounds pork ribs (approximately), frozen
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon roasted minced garlic
- Garnish: toasted sesame seeds, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Place frozen ribs (both slabs) in a large roasting pan.
- Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, onion powder, and garlic. Spread over the ribs.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees F. After an hour, separate the slabs and baste. Baste every half hour, thereafter. Bake until tender.
