GLUTEN FREE BAKING MIX
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 1/2 C Brown Rice Flour
  • 2 C White rice flour
  • 3/4 C + 2 tbsp potato starch
  • 3/4 C + 2 tbsp tapioca flour or starch
  • 3 tbsp guar gum
  • 1 cup of mix = 1 cup wheat flour
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1 cup of mix = 1 cup wheat flour
