- Toasted Rice flour 1 c
- Potato starch 1/3 c
- Tapioca starch 2 ½ tbsp
- Xanthan gum 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Fresh basil 2 leaves
- Garlic salt ¼ tsp
- Instant yeast 1 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- Water 3/4 C +
DIRECTIONS
- Mix dry ingredients
- Combine warm water and olive oil and mix
- with dry
- Beat at high speed for 2 minutes
- Spread out on a pizza pan
- Cover and rise for 30-40 minutes
- Par bake topping until light golden brown
- Remove from oven and store or use immediately.
