GLUTEN FREE PIZZA CRUST

INGREDIENTS
  • Toasted Rice flour 1 c
  • Potato starch 1/3 c
  • Tapioca starch 2 ½ tbsp
  • Xanthan gum 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Fresh basil 2 leaves
  • Garlic salt ¼ tsp
  • Instant yeast 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Water 3/4 C +
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Combine warm water and olive oil and mix
  3. with dry
  4. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes
  5. Spread out on a pizza pan
  6. Cover and rise for 30-40 minutes
  7. Par bake topping until light golden brown
  8. Remove from oven and store or use immediately.
