Gail's Green Smoothie

  • 1 apple
  • 2 large handfuls of washed spinach
  • 1 cup of green grapes
  • 2 stalks of kale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice
  1. Blend all of the ingredients except the ice, for about 30 seconds, on high.
  2. Add the ice and blend for another 15 seconds.
  3. Pour, sprinkle with extra cinnamon to taste and enjoy it with a friend!
