Garlic Mushrooms
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound champignon mushrooms cut in half
  • 4 TBSP soy sauce
  • 5 green onions sliced
  • 1/2 lemon juice and pinch of lemon zest
  • small handful of parsley chopped
  1. In pan saute garlic with oil then add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
  2. Add soy sauce, green onions, lemon juice, lemon zest and cook for 2-5 more minutes.
  3. Add parsley and stir.
  4. Garnish with parsley.
To clean mushrooms use a wet paper cloth . Do not soak mushrooms in water since they soak up water like little sponges.
