Garlic Pita Chips

  • 6-6 inches Pitas split
  • 1/2 Cup olive oil
  • 2 Cloves garlic, peeled and quartered
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a small saucepan, heat oil and garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes. Remove pan from heat and discard garlic. Brush oil on rough sides of pitas and stack and cut each into 8 wedges. Place wedges oil side up on baking sheet. Bake until golden, about 4-6 minutes.
