Garlic Yogurt

- Plain Greek Yogurt - 1 cup
- Garlic - 10 to 15, minced (or use 2 to 3 tblsp Garlic Paste)
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Milk - 2 tblsp
DIRECTIONS
- Put the yogurt in a bowl.
- Add the garlic, table salt, black salt, and chilli powder.
- Whisk until well blended.
- Add the milk and whisk again.
- Spread a double layer of cheesecloth over another deep bowl, pour the raita over the cloth.
- Gather the edges and squeeze the mixture through the cloth to get a smooth raita.
- Discard the solids.
- Put in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
