Garlic and Parmesan Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1/4 c dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  1. Preheat oven to 425. Mix together bread crumbs and cheese.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and dip in crumb mixture and bake for 30-40 minutes until thoroughly cooked through. (Mine cooked about 50 minutes b/c at 40 minutes it just didn't look quite done. I think 45 minutes would have been perfect though, I am sure it depends on how big and thick your chicken is.)
This needs to marinate at least an hour, or do it in the morning and leave all day. It may seem like there won't be enough breading, but it did exactly 4 chicken breasts.
