Garlic and Parmesan Chicken Breasts
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/4 c dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425. Mix together bread crumbs and cheese.
- Set aside.
- Remove chicken from marinade and dip in crumb mixture and bake for 30-40 minutes until thoroughly cooked through. (Mine cooked about 50 minutes b/c at 40 minutes it just didn't look quite done. I think 45 minutes would have been perfect though, I am sure it depends on how big and thick your chicken is.)
