Garlic and Tomato Green Beans
INGREDIENTS
  • minced garlic
  • olive oil
  • green beans
  • tomatos
  • salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. In some olive oil, brown some minced garlic. I use about a teaspoon of garlic, you can use more or less depending on how much you like garlic. Then take some green beans, I cut off the edges first, and put them in the pan. Let it simmer until the green beans are almost soft. This usually takes awhile, about 15 to 20 minutes. Then cut up a tomato and put it in the pan to simmer with the green beans and garlic, about 5 to 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
