Garlicky Creamed Spinach

- Servings: 2-3
- 9 oz. spinach – fresh, or frozen – thawed and squeezed
- 2 t. olive oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 T. lowfat cream cheese
- 1/3 C. skim milk
- Sea Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Heat olive oil on medium heat and add crushed garlic. Saute for about 2 minutes. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Add the milk and stir until well combined. Add spinach, salt and pepper.
