Geeg's Potato Soup

  • Servings: 4-6
  • 3-4 medium potatoes
  • 2 big slices of onion chopped
  • salt
  • 2 TBS Oleo
  • whole milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cover potatoes and onions with water and boil until soft. Drain off most of the water. Add Oleo and slowly stir until lumps are gone. Add enough milk to consistency desired. Salt and pepper to taste. Can be frozen.

This recipe came from my grandma, Geeg. We always had it on Christmas Eve and it's one of my favorites.
