German Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 stick of butter, split
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- Powdered sugar & lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Grease two pie plates (or casseroles) with Pam and then add 1/4 stick of butter to each pan. Place in oven to melt butter.
- Mix other ingredients while butter is melting.
- Beat eggs in stand mixer or blender, add milk while mixer is running, and then slowly add the flour.
- Once this is evenly blended, pour 1/2 the mixture into each pan over the melted butter.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until pancakes are golden brown. They will rise somewhat in the oven, and will fall once out.
