German Soup Balls

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine salt and flour and work in butter.
  2. Beat eggs and add to flour.
  3. Stir in the milk, using only enought to make batter thin enough to drop by spoon into the boiling broth.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes.
