Gingerbread Cheesecake Dip
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Powdered Sugar (sifted)
  • 3 tablespoons Molasses (1 ½ tablespoons is perfect in my opinion)
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • add dash Nutmeg
  • 4 ounces Cool Whip (or 1 1/2 cups freshly whipped cream)
  • add Graham Crackers (I prefer Ginger Snaps for serving)
  • optional Decorative sprinkles
  1. First, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Next, pour in the sugars and molasses and beat until smooth and combined.
  3. Then, add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger mixing until combined.
  4. Finally, beat in the cool whip.
  5. Then transfer to a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
  6. Add decorative sprinkles just before serving.
  7. Serve with graham crackers or ginger snaps.
THIS DIP IS AMAZING! It is the perfect dessert for any fall or winter gathering. It is quick and easy to make plus the taste and texture are PERFECT!
