Glazed Chicken
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  1. In skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in butter about 30 minutes or until tender. Drain off fat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook over medium heat, turning often, for 5 to 10 minutes or until glazed.
