Glazed Salmon
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 40
  • Servings: 1
  • 8 oz. salmon filet
  • lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Splenda
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place salmon in a heavily greased baking dish, skin side down.
  2. Season with lemon pepper.
  3. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  4. Shake together reaining ingredients to make a basting sauce.
  5. Uncover salmon and brush sauce on.
  6. Broil until nicely browned, basting several times.
