Glazed peas and carrots
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 1/2 pound snow peas
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 brown sugar
  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add carrots and cook until tender crisp 10min.
  3. Add pea pods and cook until tender crisp, drain and set aside.
  4. Melt butter in the same pan.
  5. Return carrots and peas to pan and stir in sugar. Cook until heated through.
