Gluten Free Cupcakes

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn starch
  • 3 Tbsp milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix well. Pour into well greased muffin tins or sprayed with oil. Remember, NO FLOUR. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Can add chocolate chips and pecans. YUM! These are really good!
