Golden Lemon Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juioe
  • 1/4 cup butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in water,lemon zest and juice.
  3. Cook over medium heat,stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in butter until combined.
  6. Serve immediately
