Golden Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 bag frozen hash browns
  • 1/4 reduced fat margarine
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions and tops, chopped finely
  • 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Paprika
  • Cubes of cut up ham can use packaged ham
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour potatos in large bowl. Heat butter with soup. Add soup mixture to potatoes along with remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and turn into a d 9 x 12 baking dish, sprayed with Pam. Smooth top and sprinkle with paprika.
  2. Bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into squares.
