  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/14 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix sugar and flour with gooseberries.
  2. Pour into unbaked pie shell and caver with top crust.
  3. Make a slash pattern in the top crust.
  4. Put in cold oven and bake at 425 degrees for 30- 40 minutes.
