Gotta-Have-It Brownies
INGREDIENTS

  • For Brownies:
  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 lb. mini marshmallows
  • For Frosting:
  • 1 2/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup canned evaporated milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. For Brownies:
  2. Mix butter, sugar and cocoa. Stir in eggs; add flour vanilla, salt, and nuts (if desired). Stir; pour into greased, 1-inch-deep baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until done. Cover with mini marshmallows; bake for 3 minutes.
  4. For Frosting:
  5. Stir all ingredients together; drizzle over top of baked brownies.
