Graham Cracker Toffee
INGREDIENTS

  • 24 graham cracker squares
  • 1/2 cup butter,(not margarine),melted
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Step 2: Line a 15 1/2 inch x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Step 3: Melt butter in a small sauce pan over low heat.
  4. Step 4: Place graham crackers in jelly roll pan.
  5. Step 5: Combine melted butter and brown sugar.
  6. Step 6: Spoon butter mixture over graham crackers.
  7. Step 7: Sprinkle chopped pecans over graham crackers.
  8. Step 8: Bake for 10 - 12 minutes
  9. Step 9: Cool completely.
  10. Step 10: Break into squares.
