Grandma's Bread Pudding

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups milk (no skim, turns out best with whole milk - trust me)
- 4 slices bread (slightly stale/hard due to leaving out for a few hours)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- cinnamon to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and milk to eggs. Stir until sugar is well mixed. Add 4 slices of bread, broken up, to mixture. Add vanilla and cinnamon to taste.
- Butter a bowl - 2 quart, and pour in mixture. Bake 1 1/4 hours. Serve warm or cool.
