Grandma's Pumpkin Bars and Cream Cheese Frosting

- Pumpkin Bars:
- 1- 16oz. can pumpkin
- 1- cup oil
- 2- cups white sugar
- 2- teaspoons baking powder
- 1- teaspoon baking soda
- 2- teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2- teaspoon salt
- 4- eggs
- 2- cups flour
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1- 3oz. package Cream Cheese
- 1- stick or 1/2 cup butter
- 2- cups powder sugar
- 1- teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Pumpkin Bars:
- 1) Preheat oven to 350
- 2) Mix together all ingredients for the pumpkin bars
- 3) Grease and flour cookie sheet
- 4) Pour ingredients into pan
- 5) Bake for 25 minutes or until done (like cake)
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1) Mix all ingredients until well-blended (should be smooth and thin)
- After bars cool spread frosting over the top and serve or store.
