Grandma Bea's 5 cup salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, but reserve juice
  • 1 large can mandarin oranges
  • 1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
  • 6-8 oz sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix and refrigerate overnight. If too dry the next day add a little of the reserved pineapple juice.
