INGREDIENTS
  • 4 c. oats
  • 2 c. sweetened coconut
  • 2 c. sliced almonds
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 1/2 c. dried fruit
  • 1 c. dried figs
  • 1 c. dried cranberries
  • 1 c. cashews
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss oats, coconut, and almonds. Whisk oil and honey, and pour over the oat mixture. Stir with wooden spoon (best). Pour into 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake, stirring occasionally, around 45 minutes. Take out of oven, add fruit and cashews. Cool in refridgerator, stirring occasionally, 3-4 times in a two hour period. Cut into squares or rectangles. Enjoy
