Grape Juicy Pie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups grape juice
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 2 tblsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tblsp lemon juice
- 1 pie shell (BAKED)
- Whipped Cream (I prefer homemade)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix sugar and cornstarch in sauce pan.
- Stir in grape juice.
- Cook on medium heat, stiring until thick and boiling, boiling only 1 minute, no longer.
- Remove from heat, stir mixture into beaten eggs. Return to heat, add butter and lemon juice, and boil for 1 more minute only, no longer.
- Pour into BAKED pie shell and cool, serve with whipped cream, and ENJOY
