Grape Salad
  • 1 – 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4-6 cups grapes, stemmed, washed and dried (best with red, seedless)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  1. Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place the grapes and pecans in a large bowl. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the grapes and stir well until all the grapes are coated with the cream cheese.
  3. Chill at least 1 hour before serving
This is so simple to make, but so good! I don't remember where I found this recipe. I take this to alot of potluck dinners and someone always asks for the recipe
