Grape Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 – 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4-6 cups grapes, stemmed, washed and dried (best with red, seedless)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Place the grapes and pecans in a large bowl. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the grapes and stir well until all the grapes are coated with the cream cheese.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving
