Grapes and Pineapple in Sour Cream

  • 2 cups seedless green grapes
  • 1 can pineapple bits
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix reserving 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  2. Chill then sprinkle remaining sugar before serving
RECIPE BACKSTORY
This recipe makes for a nice light dessert. I generally like sour cream in desserts when called for because you sometimes can't tell the difference between it and yogurt.
