- 1lb of sausage
- 3 to 4 small fresh tomatoes (could use canned)
- 1 large onion
- 1 med zucchini
- Italian shredded cheese
- Greek Seasoning
- Salt, Pepper To taste
DIRECTIONS
- 1.Cut up your veggies and throw them in the skillet along with the meat and seasonings... 2.Cook till meat is done and veggies are tender
- 3.Sprinkle with cheese and serve
