  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1lb of sausage
  • 3 to 4 small fresh tomatoes (could use canned)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 med zucchini
  • Italian shredded cheese
  • Greek Seasoning
  • Salt, Pepper To taste
  1. 1.Cut up your veggies and throw them in the skillet along with the meat and seasonings... 2.Cook till meat is done and veggies are tender
  2. 3.Sprinkle with cheese and serve
