Greek Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1½ teaspoons each of garlic powder, basil, and oregano
  • ¾ teaspoons each of black pepper and sugar
  • ¾ cup feta cheese
  • 3½ cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 15 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 (4-ounce) can sliced black olives (or less)
  • 12 ounces pepperoni, sliced into strips
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Combine first four rows of ingredients (i.e., liquids and seasonings) in a large bowl; whisk together.
  2. 2. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and toss until coated; cover and chill for 2 hours
