Greek Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 4
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Juice from 1/2 Lemon
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • A pinch of dried oregano
  • Sprigs of fresh basil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese,
  2. and red onion in a medium bowl.
  3. Mix, then drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Grind the black pepper over the top of the salad.
  5. Sprinkle with a touch of oregano.
  6. Garnish with basil sprigs.
  7. Adjust seasonings to taste.
