Green Chili Cheese Spirals
  • Servings: app 24 slices
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • .5 cups red bell pepper
  • 1 can chopped olives (black or green)
  • 4 totillas
  1. combine all ingredients
  2. spread 1/2 C of mixture on each tortilla
  3. roll up and wrap each roll in plastic wrap (to prevent drying out).
  4. Slice each roll into 6 pieces.
I got this recipe from a coupon that was in the sunday paper in Phoeniz, AZ. I think it was for Old El Paso brands, but don't quote me on that.
