Green Chili Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 20-25
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup oil
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 3 cans diced green chilis
- 1 pkg. monterey jack cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Mix oil and taco seasoning. Brown chicken in a skillet, do not cook through.
- Stir sour cream until smooth. Place chicken in a baking dish, pour sour cream and green chilis over the top. Sprinkle with cheese, cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 350 removing foil the last 5 minutes.
