Green Chili Chicken
  • Cooking Time: 20-25
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 3 cans diced green chilis
  • 1 pkg. monterey jack cheese
  1. Mix oil and taco seasoning. Brown chicken in a skillet, do not cook through.
  2. Stir sour cream until smooth. Place chicken in a baking dish, pour sour cream and green chilis over the top. Sprinkle with cheese, cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 350 removing foil the last 5 minutes.
