Grilled Asparagus

- Asparagus, I prefer to purchase plump asparagus I don't care for pencil thin stalks.
- olive oil
- garlic salt or freshly ground sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Wash asparagus. Line up so bottom stalks are even on your cutting board. Using a sharp knife cut off bottom quarter of stem and discard. Place a sheet of foil on your grill and lay out asparagus in a single layer. Sprinkle with olive oil and seasonings. Grill for a few minutes, turn. Keep grilling and turning until asparagus begins to slightly char around edges. Serve immediately.
