Grilled Citrus Chops
INGREDIENTS
  • Pork chops, 1-1/2 inches thick
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 pt. pineapple juice2 lemons, sliced
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix above ingredients. Marinate chops in sauce for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Baste chops with sauce while grilling for 30-40 minutes.
