Grilled Corn Variations

- VARIATION ONE:
- Corn on the Cob-preferably fresh
- Butter
- Salt
- Fresh limes
- Chili powder
- VARIATION TWO:
- Corn on the Cob-preferably fresh
- Mayonaise (not salad dressing)
- Fresh grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- VARIATION ONE:
- Clean corn on the cob of husks and silks
- Rub each cob with butter, lay on tin foil
- sprinkle with salt to taste
- squeeze a wedge of lime over each cob
- sprinkle all sides with chili powder
- wrap in foil and grill over medium heat, turning once or twice, until hot and cooked (10-15 mins)
- VARIATION TWO:
- Clean corn on the cob of husks and silks
- Rub each cob with a thin layer of mayo, lay on tin foil
- sprinkle all sides with grated parmesan cheese
- wrap in foil and grill over medium heat, turning once or twice, until hot and cooked (10-15 mins)
- Depending on how much parmesan is used, you may or may not need to sprinkle with salt
