Grilled Corn Variations
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes
  • Servings: adjustable
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • VARIATION ONE:
  • Corn on the Cob-preferably fresh
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Fresh limes
  • Chili powder
  • VARIATION TWO:
  • Corn on the Cob-preferably fresh
  • Mayonaise (not salad dressing)
  • Fresh grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. VARIATION ONE:
  2. Clean corn on the cob of husks and silks
  3. Rub each cob with butter, lay on tin foil
  4. sprinkle with salt to taste
  5. squeeze a wedge of lime over each cob
  6. sprinkle all sides with chili powder
  7. wrap in foil and grill over medium heat, turning once or twice, until hot and cooked (10-15 mins)
  8. VARIATION TWO:
  9. Clean corn on the cob of husks and silks
  10. Rub each cob with a thin layer of mayo, lay on tin foil
  11. sprinkle all sides with grated parmesan cheese
  12. wrap in foil and grill over medium heat, turning once or twice, until hot and cooked (10-15 mins)
  13. Depending on how much parmesan is used, you may or may not need to sprinkle with salt
