Grilled Egg Sandwich

  • 2 Slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tab butter
  • 1 Teaspoon mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a hot, nonstick coated skillet fry egg with yolk broken until hard fried. Remove from skillet. Butter one side of each piece of bread. Lay the first piece in the skillet, margarine side down. Place egg on bread in skillet. Next, take second piece of toast and place margarine side up on top of egg. Fry both sides until crispy brown and then remove from skillet. Remove on slice of bread and coat uncooked side with mayonnaise and return to egg.
