Grilled Flank Steak

INGREDIENTS
- For every 2 to 2 1/2 lbs or flank steak combine:
- 1 t. ground ginger
- 1 T. sugar
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- Then add:
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
DIRECTIONS
- Grill the steak over a medium grill, until the meat thermometer probe indicates a temp of 135/140. (Obviously the amount of time changes with the thickness of the meat.
- Turn several times and start checking the temperature after 10 minutes.)
