- 1 pound finely ground lean lamb
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients well. Form meat into individual long cylinder shapes around a skewer. Broil in the oven or grill.
