Grilled Peach Melba

  • 2 large ripe peaches, halved
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons light-brown sugar
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat grill or a grill pan to medium.
  2. Prick skins of peaches with a fork.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together butter and sugar; brush mixture over peach halves, coating entirely.
  4. Grill on both sides until fruit is tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Serve warm, topped with ice cream and drizzled with raspberry sauce.
