Grilled Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 pkg Weber Mesquite Marinade
  1. Place marinade mixture and water and oil as directed on package in large zip lock and mix
  2. *Add tenderloin and cover in marinade; place in refrigerator for at least an hour (as long as overnight works, the longer the better)
  3. *Grill until 150-160 degrees in center with thermometer; turning every so often to grill/brown/crisp up all sides

  5. *Wrap tenderloin in bacon just before grilling for extra deliciousness - if you wrap in bacon you don't even need the marinade - Cory has done it several times and always super yum!
