Grilled Salmon with Yogurt

  • 4 to 6 oz Skinless Salmon Fillet
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt Plain
  • 3/4 Spoon of Tarragon
  • 1/2 Skinless Cucumber
  • 2 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Asparagus
  • Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
  1. Salmon Is seasoned with salt and black pepper. Placed grilled Pan over medium heat with 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil. Then placed Salmon on the pan to cook 10 minute each side. Mix Yogurt with Tarragon together in a container. Peeled 1/2 of cucumber and take out seeds then sliced to 0.21" approximately. Then cut cherry tomatoes in half. Grilled asparagus use same pan were the Salmon was grilled to give and extra Flavor. Now the everything is ready in a flat plate
  2. serve Plain tarragon yogurt, Than placed Cucumber on top of the tarragon yogurt with Salmon. Accompanied with grilled Asparagus on the side with sliced cherry tomatoes. Garnish Salmon with a fresh Tarragon Leaf or half of Cherry Tomato.
It's a Delightful Dish, very Healthy. Every time you take a bite is a Experience you won't never forget. Fish almost melt in you mouth. The mix of the tarragon yogurt with Salmon mix is amazing.
