Grilled Steak Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • Lettuce
  • Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1 1/2 lb Flank Steak
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 up Soy Sauce
  • 2 Lemons, Juiced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. *Score both sides of steak in diamond
  2. *Whisk oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in small bowl; pour in plastic bag with steak for at least 4 hours
  3. *Grill 2-3 minutes each side until grill marks and then move to cooler part of grill for about another 10-12 minutes; let rest 10 minutes before cutting
  4. *Add all salad ingredients up to olive oil in blender until smooth; slowly add oil
  5. *Toss lettuce with dressing
  6. *Add steak and sprinkle with tomatoes; drizzle dressing over the top
