Grilled Teriyaki Steak

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lb. flank steak
  • 1 can undiluted beef broth
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice (1 - 2 limes)
  • 1 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix marinade ingredients and pour into a large plastic bag.
  2. Lightly score the meat and put into the marinade.
  3. Lay flat in a pan; refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
  4. Before grilling over direct heat, bring to room temperature.
  5. Grill to your likeness and thinly slice diagonally across the grain.
