Grilled Tilapia

- Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- 2 tilaia fillets
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 limes
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your grill
- Place butter in a small dish and melt
- Add cilantro and garlic to butter
- Brush butter mixture onto both sides of fish
- Add freshly cracked pepper
- Grill approx 3-4 minutes per side
- Serve immediately with lime wedges
