Grilled Tilapia
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 6-8 minutes
  • Servings: 2
  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • 2 tilaia fillets
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 limes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat your grill
  2. Place butter in a small dish and melt
  3. Add cilantro and garlic to butter
  4. Brush butter mixture onto both sides of fish
  5. Add freshly cracked pepper
  6. Grill approx 3-4 minutes per side
  7. Serve immediately with lime wedges
