Grilled Turkey Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 5 minutes
- Servings: 4 sandwiches
- Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- 4 oz. Prepared Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Celery Seed
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Dried Cranberries
- 8 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 8 oz. Sliced low-fat turkey breast
- 3 oz. Low-fat, low-sodium mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tomato, sliced
DIRECTIONS
- 1.) Dice the cranberries and put them in a small bowl with the pepper, celery seed and mustard. Mix them and spread lightly on all eight slices of bread.
- 2.) Top four slices of the bread with the turkey and place tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with tomato slices.
- 3.) Cover with the remaining slices of bread, place in toaster oven and toast.
