Grilled Turkey Sandwich

  • 4 oz. Prepared Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Celery Seed
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Dried Cranberries
  • 8 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 8 oz. Sliced low-fat turkey breast
  • 3 oz. Low-fat, low-sodium mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1.) Dice the cranberries and put them in a small bowl with the pepper, celery seed and mustard. Mix them and spread lightly on all eight slices of bread.
  2. 2.) Top four slices of the bread with the turkey and place tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with tomato slices.
  3. 3.) Cover with the remaining slices of bread, place in toaster oven and toast.
