Grilled Veggie Fish Sauce

- 4 whole tomatoes (6-8 if they are Roma)
- 2 Red and Green Peppers
- Olive Oil
- Garlic
- Green Beans (or Blue Lake Beans)
- Basil
- Parsely
- Lemon Juice
DIRECTIONS
- Slice Tomatoes and Peppers and Put on the grill (over tin foil works)
- Remove when cooked enough to be soft
- (You'll want to remove the skin from the peppers)
- Blanch Beans in hot water for 30-45 seconds
- Shuck beans from their pods and throw out pods
- Heat garlic in 2 tsp olive oil
- Add all veggies and garlic to food processor
- Add Basil and Parsley
- Squeeze in a slice of lemon
- Add between 1/2-1 cup oil in processor to get a good sauce thickness
- Keep warm in on pot on stove and serve over your choice of fish.
