Grilled or Baked Garlic

  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut off the top of the garlic to expose the clove clusters.
  2. Brush with olive oil and season.
  3. Wrap in foil and place on the grill or in the oven at 350* for 30-45 minutes.
  4. Cook until soft, golden, and bubbly.
  5. Allow heads to cool and then squeeze the garlic out of each clove.
