Grilled or Baked Garlic

- Garlic, heads
- olive oil
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
- foil
DIRECTIONS
- Cut off the top of the garlic to expose the clove clusters.
- Brush with olive oil and season.
- Wrap in foil and place on the grill or in the oven at 350* for 30-45 minutes.
- Cook until soft, golden, and bubbly.
- Allow heads to cool and then squeeze the garlic out of each clove.
